Meet the team
Kes Modukanele
Co-Founder & CEO
Kes has spent the last decade of her career at the intersection of healthcare and tech. Her passion for health equity began from an early age, seeing the disparities in outcomes in her home country, Botswana. This led her to working for the UN building prevention programs for infectious diseases. She has also worked as a Management Consultant for Healthcare clients and led product, strategy and operations at Meta and Tableau. Kes holds a Bachelors in Biology from Stanford, a masters in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and an MBA from Stanford Business School.
Michael Lin
Co-Founder & COO
Michael has spent the last decade as an HR leader at Google and Waymo (Google’s self driving car company spinout), and was passionate about helping organizations scale while fostering a strong culture. As a leader for the Asian employee resource group, he saw during COVID how health, identity, and workplace benefits intersect and impact employee wellbeing. This insight led him to join Kes with building Inclusive Health as co-founder and COO. Michael holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Berkeley, and a Masters in Business from Stanford Business School.
